Health Aspects of Kindergarten Readiness
CURRENT PROJECT From 2017-2021, OPIP worked in collaboration with the Children’s Institute, with support from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), to support the Health Aspects of Kindergarten Readiness (HAKR) Workgroup recommendations. These recommendations proposed a four-part measurement strategy intended for adoption in the Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) Incentive Metric Set in order to galvanize improvements and transformation efforts that could be stimulated by CCOs to support kindergarten readiness.
