CURRENT PROJECT
As part of Health Share of Oregon’s quality investments addressing Coordinated Care Organization incentive metrics, they funded the Oregon Pediatric Improvement Partnership to do the following meant to support improvement efforts aligned with the Young Children Receiving Issue Focused Interventions/Treatments:
1) Support the spread of practical strategies for implemented in the Oregon Transforming Pediatrics for Early Childhood (OR-TPEC) effort that yielded improvements in Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center (VGMHC) Cornelius with other VGMHC site that see a lot of children.
2) Offer trainings to up to 2 primary care practices whose IBH providers participated in OPIP’s 2023-4 IBH Learning Collaborative and/or provide presentations to system that use EPIC on EHR templates that VGMHC built in EPIC to support enhanced follow-up to screenings.
3) Host three case consultation calls for IBH who participated in OPIP’s 2023-4 Integrated Behavioral Health Learning Collaborative to support addressing common cases they have encountered and receive clinical input.
