Throughout the SBHC Adolescent Well-Care project OPIP was also contracted to develop a 10-part webinar series on Adolescent Well-Care Visits via OPIP’s role as technical assistance provider in the OHA Transformation Center. These webinars are intended to help CCOs and clinics enhance their well-care visit rates and workflows.
A number of the learnings, tools and methods developed through this project were disseminated through this webinar series.
