OPIP has worked with practices across the state & supported learning collaborative in other states to become patient centered medical homes. This work has included a focus on screening and follow-up, care coordination, and patient centered quality improvement.
OPIP is housed within the Department of Pediatrics at Oregon Health & Science University.
