PAST PROJECT
Throughout the SBHC Adolescent Well-Care project , which took place from June 2015 to March 2017, OPIP was contracted to develop a 10-part webinar series on Adolescent Well-Care Visits through OPIP’s role as technical assistance provider for the OHA Transformation Center. These webinars were designed to help CCOs and clinics enhance their well-care visit rates and workflows.
